Welcome!
I am Dr Mary Kaspar, a clinical psychologist, teen educator, writer, researcher, and mother to three young adult daughters and one dog, Alfie.
My background includes studying psychology, sociology, human physiology, and philosophy at university. It was my love for people that motivated me to complete a doctorate in clinical psychology. Since then, I have been actively engaged in my practice, working both individually with clients and facilitating group programs for youth. Additionally, I present in schools to teens and parents.
I am the author of 'The Popular Girls'. This book integrates the wisdom, challenges, and strengths of the remarkable girls and young women I have encountered throughout my career. It presents a seven-step framework for achieving meaningful popularity and personal growth. This formula offers new perspectives and tools centered on compassion, connection, and courage.
My objective is to guide young people toward meaningful connections and overall well-being. My core values are bravery, fairness, and a passion for learning.
