Welcome!
I’m Dr Mary Kaspar – a clinical psychologist, author and mother to three young adult daughters (and one dog Alfie).
My background: I studied psychology, sociology, human physiology, and philosophy at university. It is my love of people that led me to complete a doctorate in clinical psychology. Since then, I have been hands-on in my practice, working with people individually and running group programs with youth.
I’m also the author of 'The Popular Girls'. This book incorporates the wisdom, adversities and strengths of the beautiful girls and young women who have touched my life over the years. It provides a seven-step framework for meaningful popularity and flourishing. The formula involves a new perspective and tools for compassion, connection and courage.
My goal is to move youth towards meaningful connection and well-being.
My core values are bravery, fairness and a love of learning.
My intention is to create a space for adults which prioritises our young peoples well-being.
